| 描述 |  Docosa-4Z,7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z,19Z-hexaenoic Acid (22:6, n-3) (DHA), an abundant essential n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid in the CNS, has been shown to play a major anti-inflammatory role. This compound has been reported to prevent LPS-induced dendritic cell maturation, characterized by a lack of proinflammatory cytokine production. Mechanistic studies suggest that DHA causes a decrease in GATA-3, T-bet, and RORγt, as well as an increase in p27 which is a cell cycle arresting agent. Additional research suggests that DHA also contains the ability to increase nitrite and decrease superoxide production in retinal microvascular endothelial cells. Docosa-4Z,7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z,19Z-hexaenoic Acid (22:6, n-3) is an activator of RXR α, RAR β and RAR γ. |
